Very professional, new facilities with great staff. Both Raj and Courtney explained everything as they went along, clear on price which I found fair and reasonable. I had a filling replaced with next to no pain. Definately will be "My Dentist" Thanks

I have to say that my experience so far has been amazing! After breaking my crown on Friday night and thinking I would have to wait till Tuesday to see someone I was pleasantly surprised to find that a dentist was open on a Saturday. I was able to get an appointment and I must say the experience I had at My Dentist Drouin with Dr Sahi was truly wonderful. She was very thorough, very gentle very understanding and gave me all the information I needed to make My decision on my treatment. Two hours later, I left with a temporary crown whilst my permanent crown is being made for me.I believe they have just recently opened and their Surgery is very relaxing clean beautiful and welcoming. Thank you to the lovely Dr Harsha and Kathleen (I hope that’s right) for my treatment. Every step was explained, time was taken to ensure I was comfortable with each and every step of the process. Alternatives were provided which gave me the opportunity to make choices without any pressure. Gentle hands and considered empathy allowed me to trust them both for future treatments for myself and my family. I left with all the relevant material needed for aftercare and would highly recommend them to others.

I was looking for a good dentist for my family and I. Booked an appointment online over the weekend and was contacted by Kathleen on Monday to confirm a day and time. I was able to get an appointment the following day (Tuesday) which was great. Met with Dr Sahi and discussed what my dental concerns were. She provided me with advice and her recommendations to address. Costs and options were explained to me before treatment commenced so I knew how much the bill would be. I appreciate knowing this cost upfront so there are no surprises later. With my private health insurance the overall cost was very reasonable. Dr Sahi made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment and she was happy to answer any questions I had. I am very happy with the end result and have booked a follow-up appointment in 6 months. The customer service provided to me from the mydentistdrouin team was excellent and I will be bringing my family here in future. I would definitely recommend their services.

I highly recommend mydentistdrouin to anyone looking for a Dental clinic in the area. My 5yr old had her clean up and check up done by Dr Harsha, who put her at ease from the moment she greeted us at the reception. She was talking her through the process of what she was doing to help my daughter feel comfortable with all the equipment that was being used. Dr Harsha was so friendly and was thorough with all the information provided. The staff at the reception were very friendly too. I had a wisdom tooth and other tooth removed by Dr.Ravi at mydentistdrouin ,He and his team were excellent in ensuring that the procedure was comfortable.Both extractions done with no issues and provided me with a list of aftercare instructions to follow.It has been a week since my extractions and my gums are healing very well with no complications. My son visited Dr Sahi this evening for the extraction of his last baby tooth. It was refusing to fall out on its own. My son was extremely nervous about the procedure. His last extraction at another dental clinic was a two hour saga of stress, tears and anxiety. After reading the clinic’s reviews about how great the dentists are with kids, I decided to try mydentistdrouin for my son. Dr Sahi assessed the tooth and confirmed the extraction was necessary. She reassured my son that she would ‘just help wiggle it out.’ Her technique and calm approach was truly amazing. Before we knew it the tooth was out… no stress, no discomfort, in just a few minutes! Thank you Dr Sahi for transforming the dental experience for my son. We will definitely be back for our regular check ups!

Went in and had x2 wisdom teeth extracted-Dr.Ravi was patient ,skilful and knowledgeable. They called the following day to follow up on how I was recovering. Amazing! Everyone at this practice are just wonderful. Not a huge fan of the dentist so after putting off a check up I went here on recommendation from someone else. So glad I did. I even went back for my follow up treatment! Dr Raj was amazing. He explained everything beforehand in a way that actually just calmed me. He was always making sure I was OK and told me to raise my hand if I needed a break. Just for that extra touch they have a TV on the roof that you can watch as a good distraction!! I highly recommend this surgery for your dental needs!!

Had an appointment with Dr Harsha and she was great to discuss my issue with. 5 ways she checked my tooth(her own eyes, with air flow, biting test, cold test, xray) before reaching the conclusion and recommending what’s needed. Dr Sahitya was very gentle and thorough with my clean and check up. She was also very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips for looking after my oral health. The surgery is also equiped with the latest dental tech, like a 3D full mouth scan as an alternative to an uncomfortable algenate impression. The clinic is also very chic and tastefully decorated! I consulted Dr Ravi at Clyde North Dental Re major dental work (extraction and implants) and he’s very knowledgable, technically proficient, helpful and caring. He personally ran through each step / phase of the process regarding implants. Starting from the initial assessment, right down to the fine details such as bone and spacing requirements, minimum depth of the implant for maximum integrity and longetivity and what was involved in the final implementation phase. He invested a significant amount of time with me, which really meant a lot, and I am grateful to have met a dentist this dedicated to his patients. You’d be hard – pressed to find another dentist like Dr Ravi.

This was my first visit to mydentistdrouin as I needed emergency dental work. Being on Sunday they were open and my normal dentist clinic was closed. Dr Ravi was brilliant, he explained all the possible actions and procedures he could do to help me as I was in severe pain. Dr Ravi preformed the procedure I chose and I was so impressed with his work. It was totally pain free, he make me carm and relaxed throughout and explained what I might experience in the next few days. My 8 year old son had an accident with his two front baby teeth today and this lovely clinic was open on a Sunday! They took us straight in, calmed my son down and talked us through our options. They were very reassuring and advised on how to proceed with my sons care. We will definitely be back! Edit: I also needed some major dental work done and after seeing how my son was looked after I met with Dr Ravi and we talked about my anxiety. We made a plan and I was given the option of having nitros to calm my anxiety. It was the best decision I have made. I wish I was offered this years ago at my old dentist. Anyway, I was really well looked after and I have almost complete my dental plan. Feeling amazing!
